Intel® Fortran Compiler 17.0 Developer Guide and Reference
The Intel® Fortran Compiler comes bundled with the Intel® Math Kernel Library (Intel® MKL), one of the Intel® Performance Libraries.
To access the library: using the Libraries > Use Intel Math Kernel Library property.
Select the project and open Project > Properties.
In the left pane, go to Configuration Properties > Fortran > Libraries.
Set the Use Intel Math Kernel Library option to one of the following from the drop-down menu:
Parallel: Use parallel Intel® MKL libraries.
Sequential: Use sequential Intel® MKL libraries.
Cluster: Use cluster Intel® MKL libraries.
